Does
Drill Bit City carry any special tools other than what is advertised?
Yes. Due to the nature of our business, our inventory is constantly
changing. Although you may not see it advertised, we may have
it in stock. We are always happy to check on any special requests.
Can I purchase in different quantities than those advertised?
Yes. We can accomodate requests for quantities larger than those
advertised.
Can I buy the drill bits without identification rings?
Yes. However, you could experience difficulty in identifying
the sizes, so it is not a practice we would recommend.
When can I expect a shipment? What carriers does Drill Bit
City use?
We prefer to use the United States Postal Service. But we can
ship using a customer’s preferred carrier. Upon receipt
of payment, an order is shipped within two business days.
What is the minimum dollar purchase?
For advertised products, the minimum purchase is one item. There
is a $10 minimum on special orders.
